Nadeem is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and Venture CTO with deep experience building, scaling, and turning around SaaS and platform businesses across fintech, infrastructure, property, and professional services.

He holds an Executive MBA from Oxford Brookes University and formal certifications in Venture Finance from the University of Oxford, as well as FinTech Transformative Financial Strategies from Wharton.

His career spans early-stage startups, large-scale enterprise systems, and multi-million-dollar transformation programmes.

Nadeem began his career in technology startups before moving into infrastructure management and mission-critical trading and operational systems for major financial institutions in London, including Barclays Capital, Citi Group, Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, and other global organisations, as well as nonfinancial institutions such as the BBC.

He has since led the turnaround of multiple European infrastructure and service businesses, helping them secure multi-million-dollar contracts, improve operating margins, and scale sustainably through the deployment of proprietary SaaS platforms and AI-driven systems. Platforms he has architected or led are used by organisations including JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, RBS, UBS, Amazon, Google, Macquarie Bank, Verne Global, and Onnec Group.

Today, Nadeem is the founder and technical architect behind several AI-first SaaS platforms operating in the UK, USA, Africa, and the Middle East. His work focuses on replacing fragmented, manual, and legacy processes with scalable, data-driven platforms that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making at enterprise scale.

In addition to building his own ventures, Nadeem works closely with founders and leadership teams as a strategic advisor, helping them move from idea to product-market fit, structure investable businesses, and execute repeatable growth strategies. He is particularly known for bridging the gap between commercial strategy, technology execution, and investor readiness.
